K-Infotech follows and believes in UII model. UII stands for Understand Innovate Implement
Understand : Before we start anything to work on, we first understand the client's requirement and their problem. In this phase we meet with client for several time and talk to them to understand their need and the kind of problem they are facing. We also visit the client's workplace/factory to understand the system well
Innovate : Once we understand the client's requirement and problem correctly we then engage ourselves to come up with an appropriate solution for them. In this innovation phase we analyze the client's system with the software requirement. Then we put the requirement into the software proposal and present it to client. This activity comprises with the hardware and software requirement as well.
Implement : In this phase we implement our innovative proposal into solution providing. Now the proposed solution gets transform into the required software and hardware components.
Apart from UII model we also follow the industry's standard process in the different product life cycle. For the quality control services we follow the two industry's most used model called Spiral and V Model
